On the Zumo this is done via the "User Data" icon. Step two is to import the routes into the GPS mapping portion of the unit itself. This just puts them in a storage area on the unit, but not visible to the GPS function. Step one (which you seem to have done) is to copy the files to the unit (I tend to put the routes onto a memory card, and then plug that into the Zumo). Which Garmin unit do you have? I have a Zumo, and getting routes into it is a two stage afair. Which folder or icon does it go into to retrieve it? Hi have tried planing a route on Mapsource then sent it to GPS but cant find it anyware.
